As the core component of the power grid, the power transformer plays an important role in the energy transmission and conversion of the power grid. If the transformer power failure, it will have a great impact on the quality of automatic equipment and products. To this end, the authoroil-immersed transformerAs the research object, according to the type and content of dissolved gas in oil under different operating conditions, the operating state and internal fault of the transformer are determined. Then a classified deep forest network model is established, and a new transformer fault diagnosis method is proposed based on the on-line monitoring data of power transformer oil chromatography and dissolved gas analysis data. Later, the fault diagnosis results of three comparative methods, BP neural network method and deep forest model are compared to verify the feasibility of the method proposed by the author.
Aging characteristics and maintainability of structural materials of oil-immersed transformers.
Large power transformers generally use oil-paper insulation structure, solid insulation has non-recoverable aging characteristics, and its performance status has a decisive impact on the operating life and maintenance strategy of the transformer. Under the influence of physical aging, mechanical equipment and mechanical components will have obvious mechanical failure. According to the characteristics of the use and maintenance of mechanical equipment, the basic law of mechanical failure is summarized, and the basic characteristics of mechanical failure are analyzed, which is conducive to the correct choice of mechanical equipment maintenance methods.
At present, the oil-paper insulation structure has been widely used in the design and production of large power transformers. In the process of operation, it has been affected by electrical, thermal, mechanical and chemical stress performance is deteriorating, easy to cause unplanned power outages and even catastrophic accidents. During the use of transformers, insulating oil can be filtered or replaced to improve its insulation performance, while transformer cardboard has irreversible aging characteristics. Therefore, the service life of the transformer depends to a large extent on the electrical and mechanical properties of solid insulating materials (such as insulating cardboard). The insulation of the transformer is mainly used for insulation, that is, the insulation oil is immersed in the insulation paper, which can eliminate the air gap between the insulation paper fibers and effectively improve the electrical strength of the insulation.
Insulation of electrical products such as power cable paper, high-voltage cable paper, transformer turn insulation paper, transformers, etc.; high-voltage cable paper is generally used for the insulation of 110 ~ 330kV transformers and transformers; transformer turn insulation paper is a kind of electrical insulation paper with better performance, which can be used for 500kV transformers, transformers and reactors.
Transformer is the key and expensive power equipment in power system. Its safe operation is of great significance to the stable operation of the entire power system. In the actual situation, due to different load and actual operating conditions, the insulation of power transformer will appear various aging phenomena, which will eventually affect its actual service life. Therefore, it is of great application value and practical significance to study the monitoring and analysis methods of transformer insulation aging for developing the state maintenance strategy of power equipment and ensuring the safety, reliability and stability of the power system.
